Moorehead for property located at 10 Elaine Drive, for a variance of Section 401 Bulk & Area Requirements – Residential Districts (front setback and lot coverage), to allow a 6’ x 33’ porch to be located within the required front setback and to allow a 6’ x 12’ living room addition, a 6’ x 12’ bathroom addition, a 6’ x 24’ deck and the 6’ x 33’ porch that will exceed the maximum 15% lot coverage. [R-1 zone]
